Anaheim, California – Centaurus Financial, Inc. donates $5,000 to Kick Ash Bash, an event benefiting the first responders to the Thomas Fire and mudslides in California. Kick Ash Bash, taking place on February 25th, is a way for the “805” community to say a very heartfelt thank you to all the first responders. These heroic men and women had to leave their own families and homes during this crisis, and risked their own lives, to save the lives and homes of others.
Kick Ash Bash will honor these first responders with a fun day of live musical performances and family activities, while raising much needed funds for emergency equipment, counseling services and survivor relief. To date, more than $1.2 million has been raised. Funds have already been distributed for two urgently-needed mobile command centers, as well professional counseling services for first responders emotionally affected by the disaster. All funds raised will be routed through the Santa Barbara Firefighters Alliance.
